Lilliputiens are a range of high quality, bright, beautiful and interesting baby and toddler soft toys.

Ophelia is a proud mother hen and hides in her chubby belly a large, cuddly egg in which her four chicks, all made of different colours and featuring different sounds varying from rattle and scrunching to squeaking and cheeping, are snuggled up warmly. Each chick is numbered from 1-4 and gets into the egg through an opening of the corresponding colour.

Once her egg is removed, Mother Ophelia is a puppet for larger hands, and the chicks are finger puppets. Ophelia herself has scrunchy sounding wings, a tinkling bell head and a pocket in her apron for when one of her chicks needs a snuggle.

The wonderful toy encourages parent-child role playing, storytelling, recognition and matching of colours and numbers.

Suitable for ages 6 months +

Lilliputiens dyed or printed materials are all certified as AZO-FREE, which means that they have been comprehensively tested for azo compounds, heavy metals and so forth. This certification guarantees that all the dyes they use in their patterns are non-toxic.
