On receipt of your order you will receive a confirmation email – and if there are any delays in delivery, or if an item is out of stock, we will advise you at this point.
Whilst every care is taken to ensure accuracy, prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. In the event that such changes occur, we will advise you of this when confirming your order and offer you the option to withdraw your order, or to select an alternative product.

Orders Under £6 – £2.20 (3-5 working days delivery sent via Royal Mail)
For orders from or between £6 to £10 – £2.50 (3-5 working days delivery sent via Royal Mail)
For orders from or between £10 to £20 – £3.95 (3-5 working days delivery sent via Royal Mail)
For orders from or between £20 to £75 – £4.95 (2-3 working days delivery sent via City Link Courier)
Orders Over £75 – FREE (2-3 working days delivery sent via City Link Courier)

We aim to fulfil orders of stock items within 3-5 working days. If an item is out of stock, we will advise you of this via email, and delivery may take slightly longer whilst we wait for new stock to arrive.

Orders are sent out by Royal Mail or a Courier of our choice, depending on the cost and weight of your order.
Most Parcels sent out from The Little Big Toy Shop Ltd will require a signature, so please make sure you select a Delivery Address where you know someone will be available to sign for the package. Should an order be returned to us because you did not collect it in time after an attempted delivery or the address you entered was incorrect we reserve the right to pass on any costs incured.
Most items will be despatched within 24 hours of your order. Please note we cannot be held responsible for third party delays in transit eg due to Royal Mail strike action. We are unable to ‘fasttrack’ any order. Note that Royal Mail may be slower at particularly busy times eg. after bank holidays, towards the end of the year etc. or during industrial action and you should take this into account when ordering. You can have items delivered to a different delivery address as long as the address you provide as the cardholders address is the address at which the card is registered (ie. where your bank statements are delivered).
We must be informed in writing within 28 days if you have not received the item at all at which time a full investigation will be carried out and you will be refunded or the item replaced. We cannot send out replacement items until we have received confirmation the item cannot be found, or in the case of faulty items until the item has been returned first. If you have selected Royal Mail an item will not be classed as missing until at least 15 working days have passed (3 weeks) and we have received confirmation that your item is not awaiting collection at your local Royal Mail depot (cards may not necessarily have been left by postmen).
